Kelly Wanser |

Kelly Wanser is Founder, Chairman and CEO of eCert. Wanser is a seasoned executive, strategist and technologist, with more than12 years of experience in Internet, email and communications, including numerous patents in electronic messaging and security.
Identifying a critical area of security exposure for enterprises, in 2006, Wanser established the Trusted Email Consortium for Financial Services, working with a number of the largest U.S. financial institutions and several major Internet Service Providers to explore methods to combat phishing and improve trust in email and Internet-based communications. Based on the findings of this collaboration, Wanser established a technical roadmap for improvements to SMTP email and related technologies and, in early 2008, founded eCert as a Trust Authority for email. Wanser previously founded ColdSpark, an email platform technology company acquired in 2009, and epidemic.com, a viral marketing company. Prior to recent work in Internet messaging technology, Wanser was a corporate strategy consultant for Arkwright in London, and a Product Director for web-based disease management applications for GlaxoWellcome UK. Kelly has degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Boston College and Oxford University. |
Erik Johnson |

Erik Johnson is CTO of eCert. With deep experience in IT and the financial services industry, Johnson has spent more than 20 years developing technology infrastructure and global enterprise and security solutions, including a decade as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Technology & Delivery at Bank of America.
At Bank of America, Johnson led teams responsible for global enterprise secure electronic messaging, social collaboration technology architecture, and global enterprise e-mail design for more than 250,000 employees and thousands of business-to-business relationships. Johnson is a recognized industry expert and speaker on e-mail authentication and online fraud. He has served as an advisor to several industry workgroups including BITS, a division of the Financial Services Roundtable, and has presented online security best practices to numerous groups including federal legislative branch CTOs. He also served on the board of directors for the Online Trust Alliance from 2006-2009. In 2009, Johnson was Executive in Residence for Bank of America at the MIT Center for Future Banking, specializing in technology innovation and identity, privacy and security research initiatives. His prior work includes business technology integration consulting at companies such as Raytheon, State Street Bank, Merck-Serono and Pearson Education. Johnson holds degrees in Biology and English from Bob Jones University. |
Hilda Fontana |

Hilda Fontana is Vice President of Technology for eCert. In this role, Fontana serves as the expert in email, ISP interactions and industry relations. She also collaborates in system engineering, architecture and development, and supports sales and member services.
Fontana brings more than 20 years of leadership in messaging technology, mision-critical infrastructure and standards including designing, developing and implementing system solutions at ColdSpark, Lehman Brothers, Reuters, Gallup Organization and the Oprah Winfrey Network. Prior to eCert, Fontana was Head of Special System Engineering Projects at the Oprah Winfrey Network, including the redevelopment of Oprah.com and launch of community tools for the entire OWN network of sites. At ColdSpark, Fontana was the Vice President of Technical Solutions, was responsible for the management of all projects, and served as the representative to the APWG (Anti Phishing Working Group) and MAAWG (Messaging Anti Abuse Working Group). She also worked on the Trusted Email Consortium for Financial Services (TECFS), an alliance of top global financial institutions and ISPs collaborating to address the problem of email fraud and promote safe email communication. A financial services technology expert, Fontana previously led technology development as VP of Equity Technology at Lehman Brothers for over a decade. In addition, Fontana was AVP of Technology at Reuters UK, Senior European Site Project Manager for NATO through Unisys Government systems, and Senior European Site Project Manager for SHAPE (Strategic Headquarters Allied Powers Europe) through Unisys Government systems in Brussels, developing budgetary and security protocols for new technologies. |
Lilian Caldeira |

As Vice President of Member Services, Lilian Caldeira develops and oversees the methodologies and teams that deliver successful customer-centric services at eCert.
Prior to eCert, Caldeira served as a Senior Vice President at VCommerce where she oversaw consulting and client support organizations. She was the driving force behind VCommerce's new focus as a customer-centric organization, which was achieved through her unique ability to develop and deploy methodologies and operational systems to efficiently ensure customer satisfaction. Previously, Caldeira served as Director of Consulting Practice at Fry Inc. where she was instrumental in defining and delivering software solutions. She established the business practices for design, development and delivery of the Order Management solution within the Fry product suite. Her deep expertise assured the successful utility and quality of systems delivered to major retailers. Caldeira has worked in various sectors of the eCommerce industry and progressed through management positions at such companies as Escalate Retail, Yantra and Peregrine Systems. In these roles, Caldeira managed the successful delivery of technology solutions to major retail clients. Lilian holds an MBA in Computer Information Systems from the California State University. |
Sudhir Kandula |

Sudhir Kandula is Vice President of Sales at eCert and has more than a dozen years of experience as a technology executive generating revenue and initiating company growth. His background includes a proven track record of success in sales, business development, product management and alliances, working for innovative enterprise software companies such as Trilogy, SignalDemand, Callidus, and Memento.
Working with customers and prospects throughout North America, France, Finland, Germany, Italy, Sweden and the United Kingdom, Kandula? leadership of complex enterprise software sales cycles has resulted in multi-million dollar, multi-year relationships with numerous Global 1000 companies. Prior to joining eCert, Kandula was Director of Strategic Accounts at Memento Inc., providing next-generation technology and solutions that enable financial institutions to rethink and improve the way they combat fraud and manage compliance. Sudhir has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and is also a graduate of the esteemed culinary program at the Cordon Bleu in Paris. |
Larry Baird |

As Vice President of Marketing and Member Programs for eCert, Larry Baird brings nearly 20 years of technology industry experience in marketing, strategy, product management, and branding to eCert.
Previously, Baird spent seven years at United Online and served as Vice President of Marketing Operations for the NetZero and Juno ISP brands. At United Online, Baird created teams that contributed more than $50 million in annual revenues and led the launch of a first-to-market product that generated revenues in excess of $200 million. Prior to United Online, Baird was cofounder and Product Director for email technology firm Epidemic.com and was Product Manager for the $3.5 billion storage products business at Compaq Computer. Baird also recently served as the Senior Vice President of Product & Brand for MyLife. Larry graduated with honors from the University of Texas in Austin with a BBA in Marketing. |
